Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If you ever receive an item that does not meet your expectations, call 571-258-0880 within 10 days of the purchase date to get a Returned Goods Authorization number that must be visible on the shipping label of the returned item. Goods returned without authorization will not accepted. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and insured at the purchaser's expense.
If you receive an item in which the shipping carton shows visible damage, you must note this damage with your signature on the carrier's documentation in order to be able to claim it with the shipper. Failure to note outer carton damage at the time of acceptance from the shipper may forfeit your rights to claim and/or replacement.
